Frequently Asked Questions

Posted in - Uncategorized on July 9th 2014 0 Comments

These are some of the more frequent questions I get asked by my customers about my Film Making services.

Have a read through them, and if you still have any unanswered niggles, please don’t be afraid to get in touch and I will try to clarify for you.

How do I go about booking your service?
If you would like to book us as your videographer or simply make an enquiry? Just fill out the form on the contacts page with your requested date and location.

How do I pay for this service?
If you decide to book with us then we require a 25% deposit of your chosen package. We can hold the date for 7 days, once the deposit is received then your date is secured. The remaining 75% payment is then due 21 days before your wedding date. Please note that the 25% deposit is non refundable

How long will I have to wait for my film to be ready after the wedding?
Your film will usually take 5 – 6 weeks to be completed following your wedding. If in low season, this can sometimes be sooner, but we wouldn’t want to rush your master piece.

How far do you travel?
Being manchester based I travel within a 50 mile radius which is included in the price, after that we charge forty five pence a mile.

Are you insured?
Yes we have full public liability insurance, covered to the sum of one million pound. A certificate can be provided to you on your request.

Can we pick the music?
Yes of course I usually ask you for 10 tracks that you both like and have some meaning to you. I will then fit a selection of them into your film for you.

Do you need providing with a meal on the day?
Anything you can spare would be gratefully appreciated! Wedding days are long so adding a little fuel to your videographers belly would make them very happy.

Will we meet up before the wedding?
I will meet up with you a few weeks before your wedding day so I can get to know your personalities a bit better. This is also a good time to see your order of service and discuss what sort of styling and music you would like in your film.

Are extra copies of the film available?
Extra Dvd’s are available priced at £15 each and presented in a hard case. Plastic wallet copies are also available for £10 for those on a budget.
