I offer all day filming, Wedding feature films in full audio and highlight music videos so you can have a short and long form film to share with your family and friends. Here’s a little glimpse of my Wedding world!
So the first thing I will ask you is why do you want a Wedding Video? It’s super important to me to find out what matters most to you about your Wedding Day and film. It is here that we can discuss music and styling over a brew and some cake. As a Manchester Wedding Videographer I believe I have the best job in the world being able to capture utter Joy and love all day! I pride myself on my natural rapport with people. Therefore I will talk to anyone at a Wedding and before you know it I look just like another guest but with a fancy camera!
I won’t ask you to climb balconies and replicate Romeo and Juliet nor do I ask you to repeatedly kiss all day as you’re probably doing that anyway, simply I just want you to have fun. Who wants to feel camera aware on your Wedding Day, you don’t do you. Therefore if I can sense that you are then I move away and film something else. Generally by the end of the day you will have forgotten you ever hired a Wedding Videographer. In addition to this I will capture your speeches whilst sat with the guests so you don’t notice me. I do this by setting up static cameras and using the one attached to me for those classic guest reactions. Nobody needs a camera person blocking their view or for you to feel like your being interviewed for the news lol.
A Wedding Videographer sees more of your Wedding than anyone else there. Makes sense eh?” I can capture all or part of your day, you decide. I can provide you with everything from the day including a 25 minute feature film, speeches and ceremony in full, and a highlights music video. Nothing goes unnoticed and I can edit and capture exactly what you want. In doing so I pride myself on creating wedding films that are different to the norm.
So why would you hire me as your wedding videographer? Because I will make you an amazing film, stay out of the way and best of all tell you awful jokes. I am the guest you didn’t realise you needed. The one to capture all the moments and who doesn’t need to be in any of the pictures lol. You might be wondering if weddings are all I do? I do a lot of different projects. Recently one film I was the script supervisor on was broadcast on the BBC and it has since won 11 film awards not bad eh? In addition I also write comedy for radio 4s Newsjack and create charity films for good causes such as Chernobyl Children International who do amazing work.
I don’t claim to be a cinematic Manchester wedding videographer and I don’t shoot everything in slow motion. When filming I use a mixture of filming techniques that suit the pace of your day. Understanding you as a couple, the theme of the day and what sort of feel you want all helps me create the perfect wedding film. Creating generic wedding videos is not what I do. Therefore each wedding film follows a different pace depending on what happens in the day. Above all I would say that couples that find me for my wedding videography tend to enjoy the upbeat fun feel to my films.
“When the guests have gone home and the cake has been eaten what is left of your Wedding Day?…… Memories? exactly!! the best way to preserve this is by having it captured on film. Your Wedding Day goes so fast! and it’s important to enjoy every moment and be how you want to be. Therefore I will never take you away from your guests for more than 15 minutes. I am literally on high alert all day looking to capture those special moments on film and especially those moments you don’t see.
As well as being a UK based Manchester wedding videographer covering Cheshire, Yorkshire, Lancashire, North Wales and beyond I also offer Destination wedding videos. Recently I have been providing wedding videography in Ibiza, France, Ireland and Sydney to name but a few.
